To examine the world population as a system, as a single reserved object it is enough to characterize the number of people presently. It was impossible to do a few years ago. Many demographers saw in humanity only the sum of population of entire countries, not making objective dynamic description. A key concept for the system is co-operation. But exactly the modern world, life with its migratory streams, transport, informative and trade connections uniting all in one unit, is possible to be examined as an interactive system. Such an approach is suitable for the past: even when fewer people lived and the world was largely divided, separate regions however co-operated slowly, but the system remained. Applying the concept of the system, it is necessary to define what processes are happening and with what speed in it is taking place. So, the origin of ethnos and division of dialects and languages is taking place in the time. Much greater time is needed to divide humanity into races and formation of the global demographic system takes place yet longer. The world population in the moment of time of Т we will characterize the number of people of N. The process of the population growth we will consider on a considerable time domain - very large number of generations, not to enter in a calculation neither life-span of man nor distribution of people on age and sex. On such conditions it is possible to suppose that the growth of population takes place independently, i.e. on one and volume law at different time scale factors and number of people. And it means that relative speed of population growth on a planet is permanent and it can be described by a sedate law. Sense of law consists of that development is accelerated and every next step uses all before accumulated by humanity experience playing a basic role in this process. Long childhood of man, capture by speech, education determine the only, specific for people method of development to a great extent. It is possible to think that it is not the speed of reproduction, namely the combined experience, co-operation, distribution and transmission from in the generation of knowledge, customs and culture quality that distinguish the evolution of humanity and determine speed of growth of population. This co-operation is necessary to examine as internal property of the dynamic system. Therefore it is time for all to give up presentation of the social phenomena as a simple sum of elementary causal connections that in principle is not able to describe behavior of the difficult systems for the protracted intervals of time and on large space.
